- How To Find Your Life Purpose And Align With It
Your
purpose in life is to find what you are on the planet to do and then do
it. When you find what it is you are here to do and then do it, your
life comes into alignment.
Before we are born, our soul is completely clear
on
what it is coming to Earth to do. Although our physical body does die,
our soul is eternal and lives forever. So after your soul's last
physical lifetime, it went up into 'soul land' to reflect on the
lessons it had just learnt.
Then when the time is right, your soul feels the urge to learn more. So
it starts to descend to planet earth again.

As
your soul gets nearer and nearer to earth it gets clearer and clearer
on what it's purpose is for being here. Just as your soul is about to
enter into your physical body during your conception then it is 100%
crystal clear on it's purpose and what it is to do in this lifetime.
However
once you are born then external forces start to influence your life
path. For example, your parents will lovingly start to guide you in
certain directions from an early age. Your friends at school will also
start to guide and direct your actions in the world. At a larger level,
the media and society will also guide and direct you to take certain
paths.

- Realign With What You Are To Do On The Planet |
There is
nothing
wrong with these outside influences, however they all act to shift you
away from your soul's purpose for being on the planet. That is why a
lot of people tend to feel out of alignment in the world.
When
out of alignment with why you are here then you will start to feel
uncomfortable in the situations that you are not pre-destined to be
here for. For example, when you feel feelings such as anxiety,
depression or anger then this is a clear sign that you are out of
alignment with what you are on the planet to do.
So how do
you re-align with what you are on the planet to do?
The
first way is to become aware of your physical organic feelings that are
going through your body. The reason for this is that your body does not
lie. Our mind can create a myriad of thought forms to keep us in
certain situations and this is often called 'resilience' however when
we are in alignment with what we are on the planet to do, then we are
in a feeling of inner peace and calm.
So
if you notice negative feelings within your body then they are giving
you a message. Most often they are showing you that you are out of
alignment with what you are here to do in this lifetime. When you
notice these negative feelings, it's best to stop what you are doing
and ask yourself... 'What would my soul do right now?'
Then
it is a matter of simply doing what your soul would do in that
situation. This will again start to align you with the universal flow
of life.
On
the other hand, positive feelings are showing you that you are in
alignment with what your soul is on the planet to do. That you are on
purpose. The most aligning feeling I tap into is the feeling of loving
what I am doing.
For
example, a number of years ago I was working in a profession where I
felt a lot of stress and anxiety. This was giving me a clear message
that I was not in alignment with my purpose. However at weekends what I
loved to do was to spend time alone in nature. So I would often go for
overnight hikes in the bush, spend time sitting by streams and watching
the water flow over rocks. This is just what I loved to do. I could
literally spend days doing just that because this is what I love to do.
So
what happened is that I started to spend more and more time in nature.
I didn't know why, it's just what I love to do. It's like I could do it
all day long because there's nothing more I love to do. Then I would
notice the feelings that would come up for me whenever I went to work.
After some time I literally could not physically face going to work
anymore because of the feelings of stress and anxiety that would come
up.
I
didn't know what to do, but I did know that spending time in the bush
is what I loved to do so I bought a bicycle and cycled across Eurpoe to
spend as much time in nature as I could. Eventually it dawned upon me
that I am on the planet to connect people with source in nature. Now
that is what I am doing and the words you are reading is one
way I am doing this. For this is part of my life purpose.
So
if you have not yet found your life purpose, the first step is to start
putting less energy and focus on activities that don't make you feel
good. Then the next step is putting more energy and focus on activities
that you love. For the feeling of love is the soul's way to show you
that you're in alignment.
Even if you
only spend just 30 minutes per day doing what you love
then you are on the right track. The more energy you put into doing
what you love, then the more in alignment you will be with your life
purpose. Initially you will have to walk two paths at the same time,
however there will be a point in time where you reach the 'tipping
point'.
At this
point you will start to have more of your attention and focus on
what you love than on what you don't love. That is when your life
starts to gather a momentum about it. This momentum is when you are
aligning with your life purpose for this lifetime.
